JAI bases its operation in the real estate field on providing services to clients with a potential for developing large-scale projects, as well as luxury housing facilities. With minimum employment of time, human and other resources, our clients can manage complex processes of strategic planning, design, construction and marketing of real estate.

The field of renewable energy in Serbia and the region is an extraordinary potential for investors, both in terms of available resources and return on investment. Project development in this field, small hydro power plants in particular, has been the focal point of JAI team since 2012, resulting in 5 small hydro power plant projects with 7MW of total installed capacity. Currently, our team is implementing activities in development of three small hydro power plants with 12 MW of total installed capacity.
