BS and MS at Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade – Department of Structures, where she continued professional engagement as a teaching assistant at Steel Structures, until 2006.
Dragana is author of numerous scientific papers and co-author of the monograph “Steel Structures”. As a designer of steel structures, she participated in a number of projects, and is one of the initiators and active participants in the introduction and implementation of structural Eurocodes in construction practices in Serbia.
She was an active member, President of the Supervisory Board and the Member of the Presidency of YASE (Yugoslav Association of Structural Engineers), from which she was awarded as a credited member. Since 2010, Dragana has been the member of Board of Directors of ACES – Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia representing FIDIC in Serbia.
From 2000, Dragana developed fruitful career in project management and real estate development. She was involved in the development of one of the largest real estate portfolios in the region (total value of circa 600 mil EUR) as a part of Delta Holding, the largest private company in Serbia. Flagship projects developed under Dragana’s management are: over 50 retail units within Maxi chain (in total app 50.000 SQM GBA), Delta City shopping malls in Belgrade (85.000 GBA) and Podgorica (46.000 SQM GBA), residential/office project Belville (220.000 SQM GBA), shopping mall Delta Planet (167.000 SQM GBA), hotel Continental reconstruction (33.000 SQM GBA).
From 2000 to 2012 Dragana held the following positions: Project Manager in Delta M Group, Delta Real Estate Development Director, Director of Delta Invest, and finally CEO at Delta Real Estate and Member of the Board of Directors of Delta Holding. At these posts she acquired significant experience working with financial institutions, international leaders in the field of real estate, government authorities, as well as numerous local and regional companies connected to the business of real estate development and management.
In August 2012 she partnered in a private company JAI Development & Consulting primarily focused on investment and consulting in the field of renewable energy and real estate.
