Igor Becić

Head of Finance

Igor Becic graduated from the Cass Business School in London and until 2008 worked in the City of London for European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on a wide range of debt and equity projects including: 100M USD Equity investment in a development company in Ukraine;Tbilisi Hotel in Georgia (in excess of 50M EUR); Shopping Centre in Ukraine (40M EUR) and GTC Office Building in Serbia (24M EUR); and 300M EUR Equity investment in a listed Property fund.

Igor joined Delta Real Estate in 2008. and as a Director for Financial Analysis and Risk Management was heading a the team working on the cashflow feasibility analysis, valuations, forecasts and business plans, bank coordination and risk management for the whole Delta Real Estate portfolio, in excess of 500M Eur.

In 2015, Igor joined JAI’s team as a Head of Finances.
